Stephenie Goddard, CEO of Glidewell Dental, leads one of the world’s largest dental laboratories
and producers of dental technology, continuing education programs, and restorative materials.
With nearly 30 years of leadership experience, she has been instrumental in driving Glidewell’s
expansion, business development, and customer experience worldwide.
Stephenie joined Glidewell in 2006 as Vice President of Human Resources and has held progressive leadership roles, including
Executive Vice President of Business Development and Chief Experience Officer, before becoming CEO. She was pivotal in
launching the glidewell.io™ In-Office Solution, a same-day dental restoration technology.
A passionate advocate for the dental community, Stephenie founded Guiding Leaders in 2019 to develop dentists’ leadership
and business acumen. The six-month intensive program began with just 14 participants and has since grown to host 50
dentists annually. Today, Guiding Leaders boasts a national network of more than 150 alumni who have gone on to scale
practices, form strategic partnerships, and serve as influential voices in the profession.
In 2023, Stephenie launched Dentistry on the Rise, an educational summit hosted at the Clinical Education Center on Glidewell’s
campus. The symposium quickly became a favorite among clinicians, spotlighting emerging technologies and welcoming back
a speaker lineup of Guiding Leaders alumni and other key opinion leaders each year.
Beyond Glidewell, Stephenie is the host of Lasting Impressions, a podcast exploring values-driven leadership and the stories
that shape lasting legacies. She is also the author of the LinkedIn series Lessons from an Outlier, where she shares candid
insights on leadership, culture, and the realities of breaking from the norm.
Whether she is working with customers, clinicians, or her own team, Stephenie prioritizes a people-first approach. In her
wake, she leaves opportunities for long-term professional growth and connection, evidenced by the thriving programs and
communities she has created.
Stephenie holds a Master of Science degree in industrial and organizational psychology from San Jose State University. In
addition to her executive work, she is an accomplished speaker and a sought-after executive coach.
